What I liked I enjoyed this app because it reminded of a brain teaser type of game. It made me quickly think of words and my placement of letter tiles. I could see this being used in an education setting by having students use phonemic awareness to create words.

Improvements In the future version, I could a short video tutorial being added in the beginning with directions. I say this for younger children who may not be read fluently yet. Also, I was unaware of the missions/ goals I had to complete until after the first activity ended. Make the missions.
/goals immediately pop up from the beginning so players know work to work toward.

General review The app, Word Crush Mania, was a fun and brain teasing game that made me quickly think of words to create and the decision to put letter tiles in certain places. The timer added the "rush" factor that made me work and think faster than usual. I can't wait to beat my score next time I play.

What I liked 1. This application has some very good visuals and well done animations. There is no lag and the performance is excellent.
2. At first I didn't knew there were some missions in this game, but after I found out, the game was way better. You have something to constantly challenge you.
3. I like that the game is FREE and you dont have to spend money unless you really want to do so.

Improvements 1. The ads are kind of intrusive, I understand it's a FREE game, but after every time a level ends an ad pops up. It gets annoying after some time.
2. If I buy a power up and don't use it in the game, the next time I start one i'm charged again for that specific power up. Unused power ups should remain in my possession until I want to use them.
3. The settings menu is kind of empty. I only have sound options. You should have more languages or some sort of game modes, or maybe a difficulty level option for kids.

General review This is a very good game to play as a time killing alternative or with my friends. The app is smooth and the visuals are very nice. There are some things that need work, like the power up problem I told you about, but nothing major. The missions really make this game what it is and for a FREE game, it's great!

What I liked I was impressed by the app. I like that the user can put the tiles on either side of the other tiles to form words. I like that there is a barrier that keeps the user from putting tiles up in a random order. I like that it provides exposure to word knowledge and problem solving skills. I like that the app exposes the user to new pieces as they progress through it. I like that there are no hidden pieces in this app. Everything that needs explaining has been explained well!

Improvements I would love the opportunity to add tiles vertically. I think it is a great app to go horizontally, but I would love the complexity that a vertical possibility could bring. This might take away from the app's intentions, but would it be possible to, with a penalty of some kind, move a tile to another position? Maybe like one tile a round or something. There was an instance where I had 4 vowels in row, which allowed no words to be formed.

General review This is a great app working on letter knowledge, word knowledge, problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, and time management. Some of these skills are not a focal point of the app, but they are all intertwined in this app that is suitable for users of various ages! I think this is an app that is engaging and entertaining. I would recommend this app!

What I liked I really enjoyed this app. It was challenging and fun. I liked that it created multiple words with a letter. I enjoyed the spin feature. It was unexpected and added an extra bit of fun to the game. The directions given at the start of the game were simple and easy to understand.

Improvements I found it hard to keep track of the different symbols used as the game progressed. I didn't understand how to use all the symbols to my advantage, like the lock tile. I spent playing time trying to figure out how to use them. It would be nice to move tile within the word. I'd like a more interesting background or a way to customize the background and add my own music. It would work great with students if they could see a list of words made at the end of the round for sentence formulation and vocabulary.

General review Word Crush Mania is a very fun, fast aced word app. It combines classic word making and speed. It's a great app for students working on vocabulary, problem solving, phonemic awareness and reading. Its' nice that only three letters are required to make a word so users at all levels can play. Overall a very fun and easy to play app.

What I liked I like that you can not move your letters once you place them, it makes it more challenging! I like that you can earn coins and the spinner is a fun little bonus. I like that there are different challenges, this really keeps you wanting to play it more.

Improvements I would like to see a paid version without the adds popping up. (or you could put the adds on the bottom instead of blocking the whole screen). I would also like to see more inventive ways to use coins that you earn (maybe side bonus games or something like that). I would like to see a separate section for the coins, like it's own button or tab (it only popped up after I played my first two rounds). I would also like to see a help button with a cheat sheet for all of the icons (I don't like having to go back through tutorials).

General review This is a fun word game that is different from other word games out there. It has many challenges and missions that keep you wanting to play. It has different missions to complete and bonus spins for more coins and extra time during rounds! Addicting! Would love a paid version without adds!

What I liked Challenging and enjoyable app with lots of challenges and levels to keep it addictive and fun. Love that it is more than just your standard word making game. Appreciate that you can purchase extra coins to give you an advantage. Leasing graphics albeit slightly dull.

Improvements Removal of the constant advertising, I found this truly distracted from the fun gameplay and detracts from the game. Music was quite annoying to the point that I had to mute it, so maybe offer a few songs to choose from? Would love to see the option to compete against other people via Bluetooth.

General review A fantastic app that is lots of fun, loads of challenges and extra within the game makes it more challenging the more you play it. Sadly the constant advertising makes this app unbearable and most likely to be deleted immediately. Would be happy to pay for the opportunity to remove advertising.

What I liked What I liked about the app is that it can help improve spelling skills and it was very fun to play. The graphics and the music was pleasing. I liked that you can earn coins for every letter that you spelled. I liked that you were able to add letters and then on each level you would get another prize and feature as part of the game. I think that it can be a great educational game or fun game for children of all ages. It was an enjoyable game and great that the price was free.

Improvements My Wishlist:
First, I am not sure who your target audience is but I enjoyed it up until the parts where the locks made it nearly impossible to play. I understand to make a game a little difficult but as an avid gamer myself and another played it and once getting to the point where there were double locks, just put it down and deleted it. Not the effect I think you want. I would not remove the single locks (the double likes I don't prefer) but maybe there is a way that they are more spread out. I was getting 4-5 locks in a row.
- I would also like a way to switch the letter for a vowel.

General review Overall, I had a lot of fun with the app. Definitely think that others would like it as well but it was not a home run for me. I have played a lot of other word games that gives a lot more and that were also free. The idea for it is great with great game play. I just think with the locks and the money it costs to buy items it would turn into one of those games that you are making ridiculous in app purchases in order to keep playing. IAP= No for me

What I liked A word building game that is sure to be highly addictive. The objective is to build words from letters revealed one at a time. There is a time limit and a (death) penalty for adding too many letters without creating a word. There are bonuses for long words and creating more than one word at the same time. Lots of bonus factor letter tiles make the game even more intriguing as do special missions. Great idea, great game.

Improvements Two major beefs with this game: first, every time I have played the game so far, it accepts letter combinations that are not English words. I'm not sure what they are - abbreviations? slang? It's great when it happens, but it is also distracting. Second, the game has suddenly started popping up adds every few turns - when it didn't do that at all the first couple of days. Not terrible, but annoying. Might be the price to pay for a free game, but still ...

General review A fun word game that combines several elements from other games: word spelling, sequential revealing of letter tiles, time limits, limit on plays without spelling a word, power-ups, spins for bonuses, etc, etc. If you can tolerate the pop-up ads, this game will do its best to make an addict of you.

What I liked I agree the game is addictive! It seems like their are many variations/twists that are out of one's control which keep you re-trying to do better. I like that it is timed and you can get to new "levels" and can spin the wheel for coins, etc. I do like the "bombs" and other items you can use coins tor.
I ran out of room in the next box but you need to know that it's very hard to find this app in the store-a search of word crush doesn't show it. Had to use the link here to find it to write the review. ;(

Improvements I strongly feel that if you buy a tool or power up that you keep it until you use it-not fun to "buy it" and not and then not need it so you lose it. I am thinking in terms of widening its use as an app - I would like to see a kids version or educational version and maybe one needs to hit a "submit' button or enter when you have your word spelled-I spelled some that I didn't know I spelled or that it was a word. It would also need a way to turn off purchasing coins (vs. just earning them in the game) and I wouldn't like the links to getting other games and to Facebook .

General review This is a fun app and there is just enough mixture of luck and some word knowledge to play this timed game. It can be played by all ages and is highly addictive as you keep trying to spell words for more points before your time runs out or you hit the wall.

What I liked I really like the tutorial for this app. It was very helpful and user friendly. The game overall was enjoyable and I like having the missions to complete as I can compete against myself. I also like the options to use the Game Center, post to Facebook, or ports to twitter.

Improvements I would like to see other options besides esrnign coins through the game/slots and buying coins. I am just not a big fan of in app purchases. Maybe you could connect to Facebook or twitter and earn so many coins. Become a fan of the app developers page and earn coins or share the game with your friends. I would also like to see a list of the words you create. Sometimes I didn't even realize that I created a word. I would love to know what it is and what it means.

General review This is an great addiciting game. It is easy to start playing and the in app tutorials help to explain everything as you play. The game challenges you to think fast and works your version of word knowledge. You can post your scores to Facebook and twitter. You can also compete against others in the Game Center. There are in app purchases but they are not required to play the game.
